Re: “Police Wear Cameras to Record — and Avoid — Trouble

If the camera is resent, then the person arrested / charged must have access to the video. Not allowing access to a recording of an arrest would be tantamount to evidence suppression.

Re: “Packed Prisons Retain Inmates Past Their Release Dates

Too bad we aren't hearing the whole story. Just the same BS...poor Wendy. Boohoo. Her domestic abuse claims make it look bad for those of us who have actually lived it. Put on your big girl panties and start learning to stop blaming everyone else for your predicament.

Re: “Packed Prisons Retain Inmates Past Their Release Dates

This article is full of inaccuracies and facts conveniently "left out" to make it appear that Wendy is the victim. I could go on and on about that, but the issue now is where Wendy is to live. The real victim's family doesn't want her residing in Rutland, and I think that is fair considering the crime that took place. Wendy has served the minimum sentence she was given and is now allowed to carry on her life. She has the whole state of Vermont to live in, just not Rutland. Alyssia can move out of Rutland if they need to be together.
