A series of unfortunate events at marco's
First of all I must say I enjoyed their calzones. However, they no longer have my patronage. Abysmal (and dirty) ambiance. Though much much worse than that is the horrible service. I often got delivery at the place i work, which happens to be next door to where I live. However, when I called from home I was told "We do not deliver there, and never have." This was confusing because I had delivery to home and work several times before. Also, this information was given to me after waiting an hour and a half after my initial order. This was because they wrote my number incorrectly. The manager then said he would write down a credit for me if I ever was in town. So, about 3 weeks later I came to claim an in-existent credit. Luckily, the cashier was kind enough to believe my story of frustration. He then gave me a free pizza, that took about 45 mins o make. When i got home the pizza wasn't so much a pizza but more of a burned bubbly mass of dough with limited amounts of toppings. Thinking: "It's not so bad for a free pizza" I took my first and last bite. But hey, their calzones are good I hear...
