Re: “Pulcinella's

Last week we enjoyed a great evening at Pulcinella's. We started with a truly incredible Frito Misto that featured perfectly fried Whole Belly Clams, Shrimp, Scallops, Asparagus, and Zucchini served with both marinara and a garlic aioli. The portion was HUGE and would have made for quite a meal by itself. Undaunted, we selected three pasta entrees, all of which were excellent and more than ample in portion size. Service was friendly, efficient, and professional as always making for a Five Star evening!

Re: “Blindness No Deterrent to Running Courthouse Café

Thank you for sharing this story Alice. As a supplier to both The Courthouse Café and The Overlook Café, it is a pleasure to work with all that are associated with these operations!

Re: “The Belted Cow Bistro

Simply Excellent
In a local dining scene that has often morphed into some nonsensical, self- serving, "we are doing you a favor for serving you", the Belted Cow serves up great food without attitude. No need to rename the menu items after some B Movie character, the focus is on proper execution and plating of delicious foods. Decide for yourself, in my opinion the Belted Cow is The Real Deal! Re: “Pulcinella's

A perfect place for lunch or dinner
Stopped by and had lunch at Pulcinella's today and I am glad I did! The New England Clam Chowder was as good as any in Boston or elsewhere. Then came three meatball sliders on deliciously moist potato rolls served with a nicely dressed green salad. The service was great and it is obvious by the personal greeting that all guests receive that Pulcinella's thrives on regular repeat guests. One of the few places on this level that is open for lunch and well worth a visit, day or night. Food: 5 Ambiance: 5 Service: 5

Re: “Martone's Market & Café

Perfection on a Roll
Martone's continues to get it right. Their sandwiches are huge but that would not matter if they weren't delicious. Fresh vegetables, quality meats and cheeses, tasty condiments, and super bread and roll options result in the best sandwich around ! Congrats on 20 years of success !! Food: 5 Ambiance: 5 Service: 5

Re: “Oriental Wok

Best Deal Anywhere
The Hot and Sour Soup at Oriental Wok is the perfect balance of spiciness and pungent acidity accented with fresh vegetables, foie gras like tofu, and a silky broth. Topped with the crispy fried wontons, it is perfect. But wait, the price is........$2.25 ! Are you kidding me ? Add a great egg roll (ask for the house made mustard and a squeeze bottle of duck sauce) and your bill will be a 1970ish $4.36 with tax. There simply is not a better deal around!
