Re: “The Farmhouse Tap & Grill

Wondering?
I ate ate the Farmhouse twice now and I'm wondering what the rave is about the place. There are other places to drink good beer. The food is really over priced. 15 dollars for a hamburger and I don't care where it was raised. Come on! Food: 3 Ambiance: 4 Service: 4

Re: “McGillicuddy's Irish Ale House

Couldn't get waited on!
I have been here several times and I have previous positive comments on this establishment. My wife and I went in here on the afternoon of July 24th 2013 and we went in and sat down at a booth and we were just stared at by the bartender who never said a word and continued his conversation on the phone. After ten minutes of being ignored we left and will not be back. I have been a frequent customer and will not be back! Food: 1 Ambiance: 1 Service: 1

Re: “McGillicuddy's Irish Ale House

Best French Onion Soup
This was my third trip and I have not been disappointed yet. I had the French Onion soup for an appetizer and I have not had any this good around here since Carbur's. I had the reuben for my main course and it was delicious. The corn beef was so tender, it fell apart. McGuillicuddy's is a great addition to the Chittenden county restaurant scene.
