My new favorite date spot
I was eagerly awaiting the opening of Revolution Kitchen, since I'm a long time vegetarian and have been bemoaning the shortage of fresh, healthy vegetarian food in town for a while. I finally made it there, just as they were about to close the other night, but the host graciously seated us and we had a lovely meal. The prices might seem a little steep, but the quality is evident, the portions are ample and the flavors are delicious. The place has a romantic, rustic ambiance and the friendly, professional staff made our meal truly memorable. To top it all off, the feeling of having a home-cooked meal prepared just for us was cemented when the owner, clad in a white apron, walked over from the open kitchen and introduced herself. I can't wait to go back! If you're skeptical of vegetarian fare, try the galaxy rolls and you'll be sold! Food: 4 Ambiance: 5 Service: 4
