To grow a crop of psychoactive marijuana with any street value,the underground farmer must keep their female plants away from the pollen of the male plants. Otherwise, all that kind, Jah love energy switches from making sticky buds to producing seeds, the black market farmer could not plant anywhere near a hemp farm.
I've heard voices from law enforcement over the years claiming that a hemp farmer could plant marijuana in amongst the hemp plants. Anyone who knows anything about marijuana cultivation would know that this would not be possible. Of all the entities who should be welcoming hemp farming, you'd think it'd be law enforcement. You would die of emphysema before you'd get high on rope!
