Re: “Obituary: Silas Skiff, 1999-2020

Dearest, dearest Skiff/Pierce Family,
My heart is breaking for for all of you. What a beautiful boy inside and out. It is so precious that he ~ son, brother, grandson, nephew, and friend ~ experienced and gave so much love in his life. May you all be blessed and comforted by your very precious memories of your beloved young man. Im so very sorry for your devastating loss. Love to all of you.

Re: “Officials: VT's Virus Projections Show 'Glimmer of Hope' as Peak Approaches

Hold on. Our peak will be later. Take it easy on the optimism. I would not get too excited now.
And I would Not advertise that it might be ok at this point - Things will be even MORE NOT ok if we make our state, with its ➡️ very, very modest ⬅️ medical resources, attractive to non residents.

Re: “Sanders Skips Key Vote on Coronavirus Rescue Package

Bernie has spent considerable energy raising over TWO MILLION DOLLARS - So far - for Americans who will be financially slammed as a consequence of this virus.
NOTE: The vote was one to CLOSE discussion of a proposed law. Further discussion WAS needed. Bernie did not have to be there for that vote. Was not going to vote to close the needed discussion. He knows these details - unlike the author of this article, unlike many of those leaving comments.

Re: “Gas Gauge: Champlain Islanders Aren’t Sure About a Proposed Maplefields in South Hero

STOP SKIP VALLEE, the vulture who does not understand the value of and devotion to LOCAL CULTURE and our love of for and GRATITUDE for the families who own and run LOCAL BUSINESSES!
SAVE KEELER BAY VARIETY and its
LONG STANDING TRADITION of
LOCAL, PERSONAL and CARING SERVICE to our community as well as to those who travel through daily or on vacation!
VALLEE does not GET IT that: This is NOT just about what the law says about COMPETING with a LOCAL BUSINESS.
We DEEPLY VALUE OUR LOCAL BUSINESS TRADITIONS & FAMILIES!
PRESERVE LOCAL CULTURE and the families who contribute to that!
Who is leading the movement to
STOP VALLEE THE VULTURE?
