I love this story . I have also often wondered about the teepee. We had some friends in Chelsea ,VT . My husband and their family help put up e use to have fires in in often they did just about everynight . Winter spring and fall not so much in summer . Very relaxing they also to had someone paint it . Unfortunately was put back up few times do to the weather . We even had a Pow Wow there it was beautiful. We had friends that would bring thier guitars , drums and we would play even the raidio in one of our vehicles. Such a beautiful surreal place to forget about a hard day. Visit with each other and enjoy the teepee. God Bless to all thank you for sharing this wonderful story . Makes me want to soon brig our grandchildren to meet their farmly see their animals . And know the history behind it. Also thank you to Mr Pratt for beig so willing to share about his and his family's history.
