If I was a Codominium owner at this property I would be firing the "President" of the association. He has all you homeowners (that actually live there) devaluing your homes over a lengthy lawsuit?
Wake up folks, the only people that win in situations like this are the attorneys. My guess would be that you could have resolved this issue a long time ago for far less money. From one condominium owner to another my advice to you would be FIRE your President, Fix the issues and Save yourselves time & money!!
