Dave DeCristo, Signal Kitchen — Dave DeCristo went to cooking school and worked at an LA recording studio before opening Signal Kitchen with Alex Lalli. Together, they do audio and video production — and much more — both at their BTV venue/recording studio and their recently opened NEK studio/artists' retreat, Rebel Yell.
