Alice Levitt heads to la Cabane du PicBois to prove that good old French Canadian food still reigns supreme when it comes to sugaring season. The pork-y wonderland in Brigham, Quebec serves up a huge buffet of ham, sausages, eggs and crepes, all drenched in the sweet stuff.
