6a00d83451b91969e20147e3a410ab970b-200wiBoth vegetarians and gluten-intolerant diners have a lot to be excited about at Arvad's Grill and Pub. The folks at the Waterbury restaurant kept them in mind when planning their Vermont Restaurant Week menu this year.

The $35 bill of fare includes some of the restaurant's signatures, such as conch fritters and Tollhouse Pie, but focuses on pasta entrees. Diners can get Buffalo chicken penne, Vermont Smoke & Cure Italian sausage or vegetarian Mediterranean pasta with noodles crafted with or without wheat.
