Bernie Sanders never did shit to advance LGBTQ rights at all. He said that he thought same sex marriage was a states rights issue too just like all the other politicians did when 30% supported it. Actually Bernie Sanders helping Donald Trump get elected will end up being the biggest setback that has ever occured for us. Ever. Bernie Sanders early views had nothing to do with equality under the law and everything to do with his libertarian views about the government getting out of everybody's business in every aspect of life. Words are cheap as hell and that's all Bernie Sanders ever had.
