9/1/11: 4 days after Tropical Storm Irene hit Vermont and the town of Waterbury is in the process of cleaning and rebuilding. Despite suffering massive property losses, the people I spoke to seemed upbeat and positive. Community spirit is high as neighbors and volunteers join together to dig in and clean up.
