Winners of New Yorker Cartoon Caption Contest

Last week we showed you the three cartoons by Harry Bliss that were used in the Burlington Book Festival’s New Yorker Cartoon Caption Contest on Friday at Phoenix Books. This week, we have the winners’ lines and names, shown below.

Think you came up with something better on your own? Then read these and weep.

Winners received a signed cartoon and copy of Bliss’ book Death by Laughter.
