Switchback Brewing Company — This summer, Switchback owner Bill Cherry opened a brand-new tasting room in Burlington's South End. "Now," he told Seven Days, "you can sit down and order a pint and relax and get a feel for the brewery." Try the unfiltered Extra Pale Ale.
