ArtsRiot Truck Stop — Years after trending in bigger cities, the food-truck movement is finally alive and well in Vermont. Over the past three summers, the ArtsRiot Truck Stop in Burlington’s South End has become a Friday-night ritual for hundreds of hungry locavores. Ditch your home kitchen — and invite your friends — to feast on burgers, southern-style barbecue, tacos and whatever else rolls in. Local favorites Dolce VT, Burger Barn and Taco Truck All Stars are regulars, and the rotating 17-truck lineup ensures that meat eaters and vegans alike will find something to suit their fancy. With food under $10, a drink tent with Fiddlehead IPA and Citizen Cider, and a convivial crowd, the Truck Stop is a good place to park yourself.
