Molly, aka Ledi Bobo, 2008-2024 — The Greatest Honor

Molly lived as we all should: bold, resilient, disobedient, equal parts sweet/sassy and unapologetically devoted to those she loved. Her soul was as deep as it was strong, and she embodied what it means to live a full, vibrant and long life. Yet here we are, wishing we had more time together. But what is more than her absence? The presence of the real love she left us with. Molly, it is the greatest honor to be your family. We hope you’re somewhere beautiful, frolicking with your brother, Yogurt.

Juniper the Saint Bernard loved all who met her. She became part of our family at just the right time and gifted us so much joy and adventure. She left us far too early, after succumbing to Addison's disease.

A year has passed since we said goodbye to you. Our home isn’t the same. We miss our walks together and your playful and curious spirit. We strive to live the way you did, with happiness, kindness, enthusiasm and, most of all, love. Thank you for teaching us how to be parents, how to love something greater than ourselves. Thank you for being the heart of our house during your long and beautiful life. Your pack loves and misses you every day. We carry you in our hearts.

To the sweetest soul we’ve known. We are so grateful we found you and you hopped into our car, purring. Sorry we couldn’t find your first people, but it's our good fortune that you joined our family. Rest in peace, Sweet Boy.

Winnie — you were my best friend. Wherever I went, you followed day and night. I felt your pain, but my hugs weren’t enough. Sleep in peace, girl.

When the human you saved first found you, you were all skin and bones, a ball of nerves, fur and limbs. Your given name didn’t fit — you were too holy for that place, and so you were called Trinity. You taught us to be brave enough to stand up for those littler than us and to make time to stop and chew the air. Our sweet night watchman doing slow laps around the yard to keep the bad guys out. Our noble steed. We miss you always and picture you running wild and pain-free through fields somewhere.

Our Daisy came to us via rescue with huge love and after some trauma. She hiked, camped, walked, loved. Everyone loved her; such a “sweet” dog, they’d say. She blessed us with 11 wonderful years. Thank you, Daisy, for giving us so much.

All our love, Mom & Dad Kriss

It’s been a while since you’ve been gone —
2 years to be exact.
And though most days, I feel okay —
there are some that set me back.

And I remember all the times
I felt your velvet fur.
And heard your sweet purr motor,
when I walked through the door.

The bond we shared was like no other —
A once-in-a-lifetime love.
To you, I was your person.
To me, you were my Fluff.

So much more than “just a cat,”
You were my closest friend.
A relationship I treasured,
right to the very end.

Until we meet again, my sweet,
I’ll hold you in my heart.
That way, you’ll live forever —
and we’ll never be apart.

You are so missed, Winnis.
