Ever wanted to eat like the first Vermonters? In honor of last year's Lake Champlain Quadricentennial, the folks at the Burlington Intervale began growing an Abenaki Heritage Garden. To celebrate the harvest, the Intervale threw a party last week with historically accurate food, including succotash and moose cooked with hot stones.
