Obituary: Evangeline A. (Bluto) Morin, 1929-2015

Evangeline A. (Bluto) Morin, 85, passed away Wednesday August 5, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. She was born August 9, 1929 to Austin and Gladys (Berry) Bluto in Monson, MA. On March 26, 1951 she married the love of her life, Louis Morin. Evangeline enjoyed gardening, camping, had a love of birds, but most of all she loved being with her grandkids. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Williston adult day program and Birchwood Terrace.

Left to cherish her memory are her children Kevin Morin and wife Sharon, Paula Therrien and husband Larry, Paul Morin and wife Kimberly, Michele Larmay and husband Craig, her 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren, her sisters Helna King, Marilyn Provost, Jerilyn Gordon and brother-in-law John Gratton, along with family and friends. She is predeceased by her husband Louis, her parents Austin and Gladys Bluto, and many brothers and sisters.

A mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday August 10, 2015 at 9am at Holy Cross Church in Colchester. Burial will be at Ft. Ethan Allen Cemetery fallowing the funeral service. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the dementia ward at Birchwood Terrace. Arrangements are under the care and direction of LaVigne Funeral Home and Cremation Services Winooski, VT.
