On the morning of Thursday, June 23, 2016, Jackie passed away peacefully with Paul, Rhonda and Tammy at her side. She was an extremely strong woman. She bounced back from many illnesses throughout her life, first being diagnosed with lung cancer three years ago, she fought and fought hard. The past few months have been long and hard for her as the cancer took her strength.

Jackie was born in St. Albans, September 30, 1945, daughter of the late Oscar and Pearl (Hance) Noel. She was a graduate of BFA in St. Albans, with the class of 1963. She worked for many years as a secretary for the Chittenden Trust Bank in Swanton, and Wyeth Nutritionals. December 24, 1965, she married Paul Baril, in Holy Angels Church.

Jackie is survived by her husband of over 50 years, Paul, her daughters Rhonda Irish and her husband Tim, Tammy Garen and her husband Bill, her three grandchildren Joshua Paul Irish, Teremy Lee Garen, and Natalee Elizabeth Garen, and a lifelong friend Janice Shaffer. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her brothers Larry and Robert Noel.

The family wishes to extend a sincere thanks to Betty Lavoie, Bridgett Yantz and Debora Whitcomb for the care and compassion they provided to Jackie.

A Funeral Service of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, June 27, 2016, at 1:00 PM in the Brady & Levesque Funeral Chapel, 86 South Main St., St. Albans. The family will receive condolences from 11:00 AM until the time of the funeral.
