These four homebrewed Vermonters all have one thing in common... a deep appreciation for a diverse array of music. After going to high school with one another, Iain (electric and acoustic guitars, vocals), Blaine (acoustic guitar, vocals), and Matt (drums, percussion) knew that they were all interested in pursuing music, but it wasn't until after graduation that they decided to experiment with these musical interests. From there, it was only a matter of time before the three started creating the beginnings of what they now call Amozen. In November of 05' the final touch was added to the group, Big Matty Pendris (bass, harmonica, and vocals). Once the lineup was solidified they started playing shows and soon after went into the studio. It's been over a year now and they have showed no signs of slowing down. Their love and appreciation of music combined with personal lyrics helps deliver their musical message: Love the sound you've found. The sound they have found draws its roots from reggae, rock, pop, blues, bluegrass, jazz, acoustic, independent music, funk, rap, hardcore and more. Catch them live and see what "Alternative Re-jam" sounds like.
