    Being a pack rat doesn’t have to be a bad thing. Take the exhibitors at the 17th annual Collectors’ Fair, presented by the Orleans County Historical Society and the Old Stone House Museum. Individuals of all ages display clusters of everything from small steam engines and antiques to postcards and comics — the only items off-limits are weapons, due to the fair’s school location. Whether hoping to buy, sell, trade or simply mingle with fellow collectors, folks find what they’re looking for at this emporium billed as “the ultimate show-and-tell.” Homemade doughnuts, beverages and a savory lunch are for sale to benefit the Brownington Ladies Aid. at Orleans Elementary School in Orleans.
