Americana singer-songwriter Rodney Crowell’s latest album, Acoustic Classics, isn’t a typical greatest hits collection. Selections include the honky-tonkin’ “I Couldn’t Leave You if I Tried” and “Shame on the Moon Redux,” an earlier version of which Bob Seger took to No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1983. Guitarist Joe Robinson and fiddle and mandolin whiz Eamon McLoughlin join the two-time Grammy Award winner for a pair of Green Mountain State gigs. at Chandler Center for the Arts in Randolph.
