    Rethink Runoff is accepting storm drain mural design concepts for a stormwater awareness campaign that will take place on October 10 in Winooski. Three artists will be selected and will receive a $250 stipend. Murals should convey a clean water message, such as "Drains to Champlain." Visit to apply.
