    Stowe’s West Branch Gallery & Sculpture Park opens “Retracing My Steps,” an exhibition of abstract paintings by the Colorado artist. Harris combines mediums in her canvases to explore the contrasts and contradictions of the rigid versus the organic.The works represent a distinct departure from her earlier realist works. Despite this new direction, Harris notes, “Our roads seem to double back and crisscross over paths of earlier years.” Her relationship to her own abstractions seems to be one of both familiarity and rediscovery. at West Branch Gallery & Sculpture Park in Stowe.
