    Now in its third year and with 25 group exhibitions under its collective belt, the Front in Montpelier recently announced that the artist-run gallery is adding six contemporary Vermont artists to its stable: Jason Galligan-Baldwin, Kate Burnim, Sam Colt, Mark Lorah, Michelle Saffran and Ned Richardson. The influx of new work ranges from Burnim’s subdued industrial landscapes to Saffran’s photo-based inquiries to Lorah’s entrancing, vaguely computerized abstractions. Bringing the gallery’s membership to 20 might mean more regular hours for the art space. at The Front in Montpelier. Barre/Montpelier (map).
