Re: “Some Republicans Denounce VTGOP Chair’s Fiery, Pro-Trump Screed

I will never understand how so called Republican politicians in Vermont will go out of there way to condemn every word and action of President Trump but will not call out their Democratic party colleagues on the devastating policies that have wreaked havoc on the economy and social fabric of this state. Decades of cowardly appeasement to the leftist ideologues have left this state a financial basket case with a raging heroin epidemic, untreated sewage flowing into the waterways and roads that are barely passable. These problems were not caused by Trump or Deborah Billado. They were caused by Vermonters and the weak kneed politicians we insist on electing.

Re: “Walters: Scott Administration Explores Radical School System Reorg

Consolidating power in the hands of bureaucrats, superintendents, and minions operating ever farther from the schools and classrooms they govern doesnt foster equity or quality. All it promotes is inappropriately uniform, one-size-fits-all regulations and policies. When are Vermonters going to realize that schools have become so expensive because of the mandates and initiatives forced on them from above? Yet these are the same administrative officials and state bureaucracies in whom consolidation would vest even more power..The last thing we should do is surrender more authority to remote officials who have proven the most inclined to inflate costs and the least competent to ensure the quality of our childrens education. Re: “Into the Arena: Gov. Phil Scott Confronts the Gun Issue Head-On

The insinuation by Walters that Phil Scott would need a flak jacket and extra security for this bill signing is reprehensible. Law abiding citizens confronting Phil Scott for his lies and unconstitutional actions are no threat to the physical safety of any politician. Members of the NRA and the many other organizations that are defending our Second Amendment rights are not the same as the leftist, liberal, "progressives" who are rioting, looting, burning down our cities and beating the hell out of anyone who disagrees with them.

Re: “Are Vermonters Paying the State's Mandatory Use Tax? (Spoiler: Nope.)

Windsor County Democrat senators and legislators shop regularly in Claremont and West Lebanon NH. They always vote to raise taxes on Vermonters.

Re: “Vermont Education Secretary Rebecca Holcombe Resigns

ACT 46 was full of false promises. Lower costs, lower property taxes, increased opportunities and equality of opportunity. The exact opposite has happened.

Re: “Survey: A Majority of the Vermont Senate Supports Universal Background Checks

These senators voting for UBC's will make turn law abiding Vermonters into criminals with the swipe of a pen.
