Granted this a quite a few degrees more stupid than Gov. Scott's ACCD paying $10,000 to someone to move to Vermont -but it's in the same neighborhood of gimmicks.

You missed an opportunity. Since he still feels a familial identity and attachment to the Democratic party I wish you had explored with him exactly why his family back to his grandfather was a Democrat. It strikes me that must have been an unusual thing back then in Glover.

Since this is about local-it's worth noting that Black River Produce formerly a Vermont company is now owned by the nationwide food distributor Reinhart Food Service corporate headquarters are in Illinois.

Maybe it will evolve into something reliable but at this point the DailyUV seems to run on headline click bait and traffic from free classified ads
