Clayton, you are so right! I love that salty MLCFC and its honey butter bath. Let's just say that and Nectar's and Parkside are my top three. Add the Family Table in Jeffersonville and you've got my Big Four.

Waterworks doesn't have kibbeh (at least not yet), but I've had it raw several places in Vermont. We're not in California — tartares and crudos are just fine here.

Marc Stein was the first to correctly identify the Reservoir Restaurant & Tap Room's Misty Knoll Farm fried chicken with garlic mash, Shed Mountain Ale gravy, coleslaw and a biscuit. Thanks for playing everyone!
