Re: “Firebird Café”

Always feel welcomed...
My family and I have probably been to the Firebird five or six times now and one thing has always struck us each time we come by for a visit; a sense of being welcomed. The staff and owner of the cafe always seem to be truly appreciative of the fact that you've chosen to have breakfast or lunch at their little eatery. It also helps that the food is consistently tasty and, I personally, have become quite the Pork Carnitas addict; particularly when it is covered in Tomatillo sauce. I've had it as both the breakfast omelet and lunch burrito and have had moments where I've thought "this is the best damn thing I may have ever eaten". Honestly, I had one perfect bite of the burrito for lunch one day and was absolutely convinced it was the greatest single bite I've ever had at a little breakfast/lunch spot. Haven't had a chance to try much of anything else out (why would I!!) hence the 4-stars on the food. Keep up the good work, Firebird! Food: 4 Ambiance: 4 Service: 5
