Disappointing
The deck is as lovely as ever — but the food and service were disappointing. I imagine the service will turn around as the new wait staff gets used to the menu and restaurant. The stuffed poblano peppers dish in particular was a let-down — the beans were bland and watery, the peppers greasy and similarly under-seasoned, and the plating was dreadful. Our appetizer (calamari) and second entree (pad thai) were better, but nothing to write home about. We used to really enjoy Tully's, but we won't be going back to Jackson's. There are several restaurants at a similar price point in town with much higher quality food.
