Re: “Blue Paddle Bistro”

Overpriced
I have tried the Blue Paddle twice and have decided not to return again. Maybe it does so well because it is only of the only few nicer restaurants in the islands? Both times eating at the Blue Paddle the table's general consensus was that the food was not worth the price. It all sounded good on the menu but when the bill came you were sorry to be paying that much. The biggest disappointment was during my second visit. I had ordered the duck. I was very excited to have ordered it as I don't eat it while dinning out. I was sadly disappointed. Duck is supposed to be rich, moist, flavorful and with a nice crispy skin. It was NONE of that. It was very dry and overpowered by the mustard glaze! Plus, it was missing the skin! My favorite part! Not going back... Food: 2 Ambiance: 3 Service: 2
