Burlington has so many bars that offer amazing craft cocktails(deli 126/juniper/honey road/monarch and the milkweed/ , Im afraid its going to be extremely hard to compete for patrons if all you offer is cosmos and bloody Marrys.
Maybe think of expanding your cocktail menu and investing in a professional mixologist.
