In my judgment, theres a price you would pay if the forum were seen as totally political, Welch said. Really? It's political to recognize how he is tearing apart the fabric of our country?
I'm surprised at how the likes and dislikes are lining up here. Could there be bots involved?
Where are all the other comments? Where is the outrage? This is all so disgusting. Shame on all the people who voted to keep Norm McAllister. Was his behavior okay to overlook because it's truly "the Norm"? Not being outraged at how women are treated is supporting injustice. And some women are just as guilty of that as men, as the list above clearly shows. Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere." MLK, Jr.
So, Sue Minter announced last month that she is supporting Bernie. But Matt Dunne just announced his endorsement of Bernie and is declaring that he was the first candidate for governor in the country to endorse him - huh? Go, Sue!
After salaries and benefits, professional and technical services are the highest expenditures - http://bsdweb.bsdvt.org/Board/budget1314/ExpenseSummary.pdf - the actual cost was about $28,000 in 2009. The proposed expenditures for 2014 is over $1,200,000. What happened? What is that for? And that's just in the general education category. I think we need more detailed information before we can be expected to pay any more taxes, whether 4.7%, 6.5% or 9.9%. Not one more penny till this board gets its act together. Our children deserve better!
Re: “Scott Defends Vermont National Guard, Says No Investigation Needed”
