Re: “Asiana House (Burlington)

We've eaten at Asiana House (Montpelier) once or twice before. Last night ('14-May-03), we went with a friend. Compliments from all of us. Our guest had the Bi Bam Bap (served with miso soup); my partner had the Tempura style Sweet Potato Maki and Udon Soup (to which the chef was happy to comply with the request to add chicken); and I ate Stir Fried Udon Noodles with Grilled Chicken (also served with miso soup). The waiter was most gracious, bringing some samples of broth so that my partner could decide which soup she preferred, and the young lady who seated us was kind enough to bring us hot water instead of cold, also at our request. All that including tip for $60.00 We were stuffed, took some home with us, it was delicious, the atmosphere was pleasant and the restaurant clean, neat, and beautifully decorated, and the restrooms were modern, clean, and functional. Then we had dessert at The North Branch Cafe (thenorth-branch.com) right next door. Delightful evening all around!
