Re: “Legal Pot in Vermont? Not Yet, Say Some Top Policy Makers

We can't wait forever! We have waited far too long!
The government is violating the separation of church and state,
church and synagogue, because the Old Testament
Holy Bible, Genesis, says God gave us every seed bearing plant.

We can't wait forever! Take back America! When the
United States of America was formed, Marijuana was legal!
Take back America from the chemical corporations who make
plastic products, all of which can be made naturally from marijuana / hemp!

We can't wait forever! It is within our spirits deep inside to need
to be free! We are tired of the shackles and chains and handcuffs
and prisons and fines the government humiliates and demeans
people with, while depriving them of their families and freedom.

We can't wait forever! It is time right now to stand up to the
hypocrites who are drinking their vodkas and martinis and fancy
expensive wines and dining on the taxpayer dollar under the
guise of "meals per diem" in Montpelier, Vermont!
Did you know that as well as a paycheck every week, the Vermont
State Legislators receive gas, hotel and MEALS PER DIEM?
Is the General Assembly of Vermont nothing but a

Cris Ericson shared Ozaway Pinesse's post.
Ozaway Pinesse
The huge costs and over-burdening of the Canadian Universal Healthcare System
can be blamed for the most part on Alberta. Families move their to work in the
toxic tarsands
and join the toxic sickness club
filled mostly by the Indigenous people
whose territory is being raped by oil companies
who order both federal and
provincial governments.
After the men and women have worked in the toxic tarsands
for years, they move back to their home provinces and years later,
many ailments
including various forms of cancer emerge and the impact is an added pressure
and cost to the universal healthcare system.

Those damned Oil companies
should be forced to pay for these costs with their obscene profits so public funds
could be expended in other areas like old age pension, veterans, education etc.
I wish media would investigate this angle by surveying people in every province
and asking if they have worked in the tarsands, how long and what illnesses
emerged later on in life due to this exposure to contamination then present those

Re: “Scott Milne: Vermont's Latest Lobbyist

The Assistant Attorney General is clearly in violation of the Vermont State Constitution
which makes it clear that the election lasts until the governor is elected which does
not occur until the opening of the General Assembly. The governor is not elected
during the voting in November. Read the Vermont State Constitution!
The Assist. AG should be fired, or be ordered to a "time out" and punished
for unlawful extortion under the color of authority, where he has to sit in a room
and write out the Vermont State Constitution over and over again by hand 100 times!
Didn't they teach him in law school that the word "shall" in the law, is mandatory?

But, Scott Milne will make a great lobbyist! Go, Scotty, go!…
Constitution of the State of Vermont AS ESTABLISHED JULY 9, 1793, AND AMENDED
§ 47.
The voters of each town SHALL, on the day of election for choosing Representatives
to attend the General Assembly, bring in their votes for Governor, with the name
fairly written, to the Constable, who SHALL seal them up, and write on them,
Votes for Governor, and deliver them to the Representatives chosen to attend
the General Assembly; and at the opening of the General Assembly, there SHALL
be a committee appointed out of the Senate and House of Representatives, who,
after being duly sworn to the faithful discharge of their trust, SHALL proceed to receive,
sort, and count the votes for Governor, and declare the person who has the major
part of the votes, to be Governor for the two years ensuing.

Re: “Milne to Challenge Shumlin for Governor

Is the U.S.A. hypocritical to criticize a bloody
civil war anywhere in the world, while the U.S.A.
is simultaneously selling F-35A strike fighter jets
designed to carry NUCLEAR WEAPONS?
Bloody civil wars are bad but nuclear proliferation
is worse, and the U.S.A. is selling F-35A fighter jets
worldwide to allies, and they are designed to carry
