A $200,000 severance package for someone who was a university president for seven years is trivial. When Carly Fiorina mismanaged the company where she was CEO, and cut its stock value in half, she walked away with a golden parachute in the tens of millions. Two hundred grand is more of a Kleenex than a golden parachute.
