Re: “Cops: White Supremacists Target Burlington Activists With Stickers

Why are the cops cleaning up these posters? Shouldn't the responsibility rest on the sign owner to remove items they object to from their signs?

Re: “Former Vermont Environmental Leader Missing in National Park in Montana

Sad story.

The only bright spot, no more expansion of his carbon footprint.

Re: “Holcombe Short on Evidence for Voucher Attack

No one cares about her announcement and her radical claims, and that is Ms. Holcombe's immediate and unrecoverable problem.
Her candidacy is over, but it appears she is the last to know. Sad.

Re: “Welch Explains His Support for Impeaching Trump

So Mr. Welch visits the eco chamber, gets a partisan pat on the back, and accomplishes nothing in the process.
This is what passes for leadership in Vermont these days. Sad.

Re: “Holcombe Hires Out-of-State Campaign Team

By joining Ms. Holcombe's campaign, Krista Huling has officially turned the State Board of Education into a partisan political body.

It's time for Krista Huling to resign as chair of the State Board of Education.

Re: “Former Ed Secretary Holcombe Faces Learning Curve in Bid for Governor

Most interesting so far is the complete lack of excitement about Ms. Holcombe's candidacy. I have heard no prominent Democrat or even a commenter on the radio, on this site, or other news sites express any interest in her announcement.

If her own constituency isn't interested, excited, or motivated, she's done before she even started.

Re: “Former Ed Secretary Rebecca Holcombe to Run for Governor of Vermont

Ugh... Just what Vermont needs, another failed bureaucrat.

Looking at Ms. Holcombe's track record, there is no credible argument that she won't abandon Vermonters again when the going gets tough.

Come on Dems, I hope you can do better than this. Ms. Holcombe has not earned, and does not deserve the trust of Vermonters.

Its time to quit on Ms. Holcombe like she quit on Vermont.
