I cant imagine the Respite House without Sharon! Her compassion and devotion to everyone she comes in contact with is a rare quality, her warmth and calming persona are the epitome of what it means to be at the Respite House. Its a shame what UVMMC is doing. But that seems to be their MO, lets go in and mess up a good thing. It isnt always a numbers game, sometimes you need to step back and realize your dealing with real human beings that need what the Respite House and Sharon have offered to many patients and their families for years! Maybe if you cut back on your bonuses or donated some it back there wouldnt be a shortfall. Shame on you..you are losing one of your greatest assets.
