Re: “The Cannabis Catch-Up: NYC to Drop Charges Filed in Vermont Hemp Case

100 Million claim naming INDIVIDUALLY EVERY ONE in the chain of command from the smiling face "arresting" officers and each and every officer up the chain. Make it VERY costly for the State of NY, FedEx who's drivers thought what? with "reporting" a totally legal shipment. Big Brother again asserts itself. Individuals should be named so the defendants wind up hiring 100's of attorneys at thousands of dollars each only to offer some BS "token" settlement. Economic sanctions(*out of pocket losses*) with teeth is the only way to get their attentions.

What an absolute waste of money as well as time and efforts of our "police" who need to be reeducated to not police that which is legal~~~even though they pick up nice big fat paychecks(and even fatter pensions) to enforce what they believe is "policeable".
