I watched the entire video. The guy moved his hand toward his pocket which (I assume) is the reason the officer deployed the taser. This happened after the guy tried to get on his bike. I guess it would be okay if we had a dead officer instead? Why didn't the guy just do what he was told? He's wandering around the streets drunk out of his mind. Clear danger to himself and the public. Cops have to deal with the worse situations daily... but you better make sure nobody's feelings are hurt. And you wonder why Vermont has to PAY people to move here.
