I'm curious of Burlington's thoughts on allowing thousands of Hotel units to be built instead of housing units, affordable housing at that? Why is the focus on the 274 EntireShort Term Rentals, 70% which are only studio or 1 bedrooms, instead of the 1000s of hotel units?
