Why is Lake Champlain water quality, shore land owners & farmers alway used in the same sentence?

Diversion, smoke & mirrors, tactics used by Agency of Natural Resouces to place the blame on someone other then the Vermont's department of Natural Resources, the agency that is suppose to "protect our environment" but allows all Vt. Municipalities to "legally dump raw untreated sewage" into our waterways.

This has to stop, stop the B. S. stop dumping the poop!! Stop ANRs policy of allowing out towns from using our waterways as sewage canal.

Owner of 4 lake font properties and applicant of multiple Shoreland Permits, H526, what a joke, perfect example of a state policy that does nothing to protect the lake, but puts thousands of dollars in the states coffers per permit.
