I feel the same way about charter schools that many commentators here feel about food trucks - that competition is a good thing. Many of the commentators are also against excessive regulations that serve to stifle competition - Trump would agree!

One camera angle shows a white student who was kicked off the bus yell faggot! at the driver just before the bus pulls away. The LGBT community seems strangely silent on this. Perhaps the racial angle has scared them away.

To Freedom to Think - There are already rules for stormwater for new developments. That stormwater does not go to the treatment facility. Its all of the old pipes that are in the ground already. To separate all of the old pipes is the problem. Also waterways will not be safe to use after storm events even if there are no CSOs. Urban storm runoff has animal feces, oil residue from parking lots, trash, etc. Clean water is a big problem and expensive.
