My family went there today and it was 2 hrs to wait for our food. The people that took order kept loosing other people's orders. I noticed that a lot of people that arrived way after us were getting their orders eating and leaving while we were waiting for our order still. We ordered 2 large fries, Velveeta mushroom burger and 2 small drinks 2 large drinks.. By the time we got our order everything was cold and soggy fries, drinks were warm with no ice and watered down. It was the worst today and we have been plenty of times before. If they continue to not do their jobs better, than I won't be back and no recommendations. The girl that my kids got ice cream from had laryngitis too.. So I hope my family doesn't get sick.
