The cartoon was intended to make people think. Too many in power are saying that it's not the time to talk about gun control, that to do so is politicizing a tragedy. The cartoon's slogan was apropos and speaks to this silence. There are mass shootings every day in this country, so tell me, when is the time to talk about sensible gun control?
