Ohhh....This is all so hilarious! You ALL are under educated about Cannabis Reform... Most of the problem stems from people being so miss-led about the plant itself. Then the politics, oh the politics. David's bill introduced into the house is actually pretty well written for staters. There may need to be a few tweaks here and there but it's a great starting point.
