Katharine Montstream — Katharine Montstream has been capturing Vermont’s beauty since she moved here from Connecticut — her first solo show was at the Daily Planet in 1988. Today, Montstream Studio is just a few blocks from the site of that debut, across the street from Burlington City Hall Park. The inviting studio and gallery space offers everything from greeting cards of floral watercolors to large-scale abstract oils of rural landscapes and the waterfront’s Moran Plant. Both broadly appealing and timeless, Montstream’s work continues to charm.
