You could hardly hear a thing on Church Street at 3:30 p.m. today. That's because it was clogged with honking, cement-mixing trucks from S.D. Ireland. The yellow-and-white mixers were guests of honor in the local construction and excavating firm's annual St. Patrick's Day parade. Of trucks.
Funds raised for the spectacle will be donated to S.D. Ireland's Cancer Research Fund.
See the accompanying video for a look at the trucks. But mind your volume meter.

While we champion free speech, facts are a matter of life and death during the coronavirus pandemic, and right now Seven Days is prioritizing the production of responsible journalism over moderating online debates between readers.
